- Eligibility is decided by the server using campaign dates, status and participation limits.
- Each user gets one valid scratch attempt per campaign. Duplicate attempts are blocked.
- Rewards with a cash amount are real. Rewards labelled 'virtual demo' (from earlier demo draws) have no cash value.
- Payouts go only to a verified UPI ID. Every payout request is reviewed by the organiser, who pays approved winners directly.
- Accounts with false or duplicate information may be blocked and rewards cancelled.
- The organiser may change, pause or end a campaign at any time.
